PRECiV™ software is scalable and offers dedicated packages for conventional and digital microscopes.
Different departments in your company can purchase a license for the level of software they require.
PRECiV Capture is our entry-level package for customers who want to acquire digital images and make basic 2D measurements, transforming their existing microscopes into digital workstations for applications like incoming goods inspection.
Ideal for customers in QA labs and inspection rooms with a strong focus on images, PRECiV Core balances cost and features, adding extended focus images and measurement export capabilities for an excellent value.
PRECiV Pro has the complete set of features and functions, making it the most powerful and versatile version of the software. The Pro version has the tools required for customers in QA/QC, failure analysis, and anyone who needs to produce analytical reports and measurements to validate a sample or production lot.
PRECiV DSX enables you to seamlessly control our DSX1000 series digital microscopes and accessories. It includes additional features for imaging and 2D/3D measurement.
The desktop version of PRECiV software is made for customers who want to post-process their data independent from the microscope with all the available measurement and analysis capabilities, but without the camera and image capture controls.
Intuitive Software Expands Your Microscope’s Capabilities
The easy-to-use user interface enables you to take advantage of the software’s powerful tools with minimal training.
Intuitive and Collaborative
Easily access the software’s functions—such as observation, acquisition, measurement, and analysis—via large, clearly labeled buttons. Quickly capture high-quality images and perform precise 2D measurements and analysis on live and still images.
Minimal Training
For newer users, the advanced settings remain hidden, keeping the interface uncluttered. Experienced users can press the ‘more’ button to access all the features and functions. You can customize the home screen to quickly access the functions you use most often.
Guided Workflows
PRECiV software’s Material Solutions have dedicated workflows that enable users to conduct measurements that comply with international standards and directly export standardized and customizable reports.
Versatile Software to Control Your Microscope and Analyze Images
PRECiV software is a comprehensive imaging and measurement solution for your microscopy lab. Instead of switching between one software program to control your microscope or its motorized components and one for image analysis, PRECiV enables you to seamlessly do both using the same software. PRECiV software can control all our digital and conventional industrial microscopes, their coded functions, our motorized nosepieces, and our digital microscope cameras via the same
interface.
Conventional Microscopes
PRECiV Capture, Core, and Pro work seamlessly with our manual and semi-motorized microscope systems and microscope cameras as well as accessories that enable a range of imaging conditions, including brightfield, darkfield, polarization, and anti-halation.
PRECiV DSX controls our DSX1000 series digital microscopes, enabling faster failure analysis. This combination of hardware and software streamline your inspection workflow with fast macro-to-micro viewing, multiple observation methods at the push of a button, a large selection of lenses that are easy to change, and much more. You can easily display and analyze data captured using PRECiV DSX and optional add-ons designed for specialized applications.
PRECiV software enables users in production, quality control, and inspection to make precise, repetitive 2D/3D measurements and complex image analysis to obtain results that comply with the latest industrial standards.
Interactive Measurements
PRECiV software enables precise, repetitive 2D/3D measurements and analysis on a live or recorded image. The software gives you the tools to make complex geometric measurements to meet your production and inspection challenges.
TruAI™ Deep-Learning Technology
With the exception of Capture, all PRECiV packages can be used with optional TruAI technology to quickly and easily analyze complex images. Artificial neural networks can be used for image segmentation, enabling the AI to separate features in a sample that cannot be handled by purely analytical solutions.
PRECiV packages support 3D line profile measurements, advanced 3D measurements, and surface roughness analysis of 3D images acquired with the DSX1000 using our LEXT Analysis Application. The image is automatically transferred from PRECiV DSX to the 3D Analysis Application.
PRECiV Optional Modules—Customize the Software to Your Needs
PRECiV optional modules integrate directly into the software, enabling you to customize it with measurement and analysis solutions tailored to your application and needs, such as metallography and motorization.
Metallography
PRECiV™ software has guided workflows to streamline material science analyses. A range of optional Material Solutions can be added with dedicated workflows for material qualification and evaluation. These solutions enable you to conduct an analysis according to common international standards (ISO, ASTM, JIS, and DIN) to check their quality before and after manufacturing processes.
Image Analysis
Quantitative results are what really count. Optional PRECiV modules for 3D roughness analysis, detecting objects and measuring size distribution, phase analysis, and neural network training help ensure that results are available more quickly, as well as improving reproducibility and security.
Motorization and Customized Software
PRECiV offers optional modules that enable you to control industrial and material science manual and semi-automated microscopes and motorized X, Y, Z devices. A dedicated interface enables experienced users to efficiently control a motorized stage and focus drive to acquire time-lapse images, movies, or 3D stacks. Furthermore, dedicated software solutions support X, Y, Z motorized stages with applications like macro to micro, navigate on wafer, and measuring
using the stage.
