ViSOL Desktop Software Version 2024.10

The IPLEX Desktop app is now called ViSOL Desktop.

ViSOL Desktop is a companion PC application for workflow management of video borescope images, videos, and inspection data.

Most images and videos from image capture devices can be supported but compatibility with data from IPLEX video borescopes is optimized.

By default, ViSOL Desktop manages all data locally on your PC, which is a suitable option for individuals (standalone mode). Once logged into Evident Connect, ViSOL Desktop becomes part of a complete workflow for borescope inspection suitable for organizations (cloud mode). Secure wireless data transfer with compatible IPLEX video borescopes is available no matter how you use ViSOL Desktop.

Version 2024.10 Updates and Improvements

This cumulative update includes:

1. New look and feel for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience
2. New streamlined migration experience from standalone mode to cloud mode
3. Measure stereo images from IPLEX video borescopes in both standalone and cloud modes
4. Simplified customization of reports in standalone mode
5. Analytics dashboard provides insights for asset condition monitoring (cloud mode only)

Compatible Devices

• IPLEX GX/GT with software update v. 1.40 or later
• IPLEX G Lite and IPLEX G Lite-W with software update v. 1.40 or later

All above IPLEX video borescopes must be equipped with the recommended USB wireless LAN adapter.
