[Case that needs inspection]
The inspection of the measurement accuracy is necessary in the following case.
Please contact us if the following case applies.
- If the setup of the objective MPLAPON20XLEXT was carried out by the customer:
* “Setup” means the operation conducted according to the instruction manual “OLS5000/OLS5100 3D Measuring Laser Microscope, Data Acquisition, Section 17-2 Attaching, replacing and removing the objective”.
[Case that does not need inspection]
- If the setup of the objective MPLAPON20XLEXT was carried out by the dedicated engineer of Olympus:
* This inspection is not necessary when combined with objectives other than MPLAPON20XLEXT.
