Miniature screw-in wedges come in Short approach, Accupath, High Temperature, Very High Temperature, Surface Wave and CDS application types.

Short approach wedges allow for inspections closest to weld crown.

Three-material design of our Accupath wedges improves signal-to-noise characteristics while providing excellent wear resistance. Pointed toe design allows transducer rotation even when the nose is touching a weld crown.

High temperature wedges (500 °F) and very high temperature (900 °F) aid in in-service inspections of hot materials.

CDS wedges are used in the "30-70-70" techinique for crack detection and sizing.
